FAITH

The Bible is the infallible inspired Word of God, which presents the true history of the creation of the universe and humanity and contains the only correct prophecy of the ages to come, regarding heaven, earth, and the destiny of humanity. It is the undisputed authority for Salvation and Christian living (2 Timothy 3:15-17).

We believe that there is only one God. The God who created the heavens and the earth "... hear, 0 Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord" (Deut. 6:4; Mark 12:29). "One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all" (Eph. 4:6).

Our Creator, after the fall of man, recognized that the mankind needed a savior. (Gen. 1:27; Rom. 3:23, 5:12). “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous… That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Rom 5:19, 21.)

 

So, He robed Himself in flesh. Jesus is the expressed “image of the invisible God” as evidenced by the scriptures in John 1:1, 14; Col 1:15. “God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into Glory" (I Tim. 3:16).  

 

Jesus gave up His life for the salvation of mankind, but in order for us to receive that salvation we must be born again – John 3:5. This New Testament experience of salvation consists of repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, after which the Christian is required to live a godly life in this world (Acts 2:36 - 41).
